Developing a proper training program requires a thorough understanding of what brought you to this point in your health and fitness journey. What does your training history look like? Have you had any injuries? What types of training do you enjoy the most? Whether you need guidance with time management, identifying areas of stress, or better structure within your training program, I will take the time to better understand your unique needs and desires.
PROFESSIONAL COACHING:
You will work with a Professional Coach that has spent the past 25 years working with and designing individualized training programs, to a large and diverse group of individuals.

Working with over a thousand hard-working individuals over the past 25 years has shown me that we all need two very important things: guidance and support. Whether you are training for an epic adventure or just want to be the best version of yourself, I am 100% committed to helping you reach your goals.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
THOROUGH ASSESSMENT
You will complete an assessment based on your specific needs and goals, so your coach can get a better understanding of where you currently are with your training.
COMPLETELY INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING PROGRAM
Meeting your wher you are. Your training program is designed specifically for you, based on your training history, assessment results and you're specific goals. Endure Coaching uses Training Peaks and True Coach to delivery your training programs. Not only do these apps allow for consistent communication with your coach, they also allow for ongoing assessment of your progress.
ONGOING CONSULTATIONS WITH YOUR COACH
Ongoing consulations are a great opportunity for you and your coach to review your training to ensure that you are moving towards your goals. This creates a space for you to have intentional conversations, and allows for any updates and modifications to your training program.
CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION COACHING
I have spent the past 25 years developing the tools to help you create healthy habits around your daily nutrition practices. Like your physical training, we will assess where you currently are with your nutrition practices and move you forward based on your specific needs and goals.
LIFESTYLE GUIDANCE
In developing your personal plan, we will discuss: time management, sleep habits, energy levels, and daily stressors, to help you get the most out of your training.

CONSULTATION
The Consultation is the first step in our assessment process and is done over video conferencing. This initial consultation will take approximately 60 minutes. This is the time to share your training history, what areas have been a success, where you have struggled, and the goals YOU want to achieve.
YOUR PLAN
Your training program will be designed based on your consultation, assessment, and the goals that you want to achieve. This includes an individualized plan for both your Cycling and Strength workouts that will help you reach your goals.
FEEDBACK
Your coach will review your results daily and provide you feedback to help keep you moving towards your goals.
